Please provide your storyline, script, logos, character references, and relevant assets. After the initial inquiry, source files and reference material can be provided using an agreed sharing method.

You provide the script and storyline. Adjustments and creative refinement of your supplied script are included. Writing a complete script from scratch is not included and requires a separate quote.

We first complete pre-production and agree on the script, core assets, visual direction, format, and scope. AI generation begins only after that approval and the payment required for the relevant video or package phase.

Each video includes two consolidated rounds of feedback to refine the result together. Normal adjustments within the approved production scope are included. Changes to approved scripts, scenes, storylines, characters, or core assets that require new production fall outside those included rounds; I’ll discuss the extra work and quote with you first.

We can review the changes together. Additional changes normally range from $25–$400 USD, depending on the new production, regeneration, and editing required. Larger work is quoted separately. You’ll review and approve any additional cost before that work begins.

For one video, 100% payment is due after pre-production approval and before AI generation begins. For a 2-video package, we align the overall scope, then 50% is due before producing the first video; the remaining 50% is due before producing the second. For a 4-video package, we align the overall scope, then 50% is due before producing the first two videos; the remaining 50% is due before producing the final two. Each video's script and assets are confirmed before its production.

Standard videos are usually ready within 2–3 business days per video after pre-production approval and the required payment, sometimes sooner. Complex work and multi-video packages can take longer; we confirm the schedule before production.

One final video in the agreed format and aspect ratio is included, generally at 1080p. Small crops within the same orientation may be possible if agreed in scope, but converting a vertical 9:16 video into horizontal 16:9 (or vice versa) can require new scene composition or generation and is quoted separately. Additional language versions and alternate edits are not included.

Discounts apply to videos ordered together under one agreed scope and production schedule. Two-video packages are produced in two paid phases (one video each); four-video packages in two paid phases (two videos each). Packages are not unlimited future credits or open-ended redemptions.

Yes. AI-generated music and speech/voice-over are included when the approved concept calls for them. Any specialized sound requirements or externally licensed material are reviewed during pre-production and quoted separately if needed.

Commercial-use rights are governed by our written project agreement. Finished deliverables are licensed for the agreed commercial use after full payment, subject to applicable third-party media licenses and AI-tool restrictions. Editable source files, prompts, and intermediate generations are not automatically included.

Realistic, cinematic results are often achievable, but they cannot be guaranteed in every detail. Complex physical actions, hands, exact character continuity, intricate camera moves, and precise product details can have AI limitations. We review feasibility during pre-production and may recommend compositing or real footage for demanding shots.

Once the script, assets, and scope are approved and the required payment is received, AI production is scheduled to begin and rescheduling is not offered as a standard option. If the project must stop, payment is reconciled for work completed and approved costs incurred, subject to our written agreement and applicable law. This does not remove any legal cancellation rights.
